You don't know you need this service until you do. Patricia was courteous, professional and sensitive to the situation. The team did a remarkable job with an undiscovered death. Also, her candor with me about a new to them/undiscovered circumstance, not only let me know what kind of business person she is but what kind of person she is. Again, you don't know you need this service until you do, and when you do I would highly recommend you call these folks.

I can't thank Patricia and the Bio-One crew enough for their help. After the sudden passing of my sister I hired Bio One to clean her apartment and pack everything for donation. They did an outstanding job and really took a burden off my shoulders during a difficult time. Their work was impeccable but more importantly they did the job with respect and care. I could not recommend this company enough! We had a situation where another company contaminated my newborn baby’s room - floors, toys, walls, ceilings, etc. I called Patricia and she came out the same day to take a look. She was kind, empathetic, and compassionate. She was very responsive as we worked to have the other company cover the price of the cleanup. Her cleanup crew showed up a few minutes prior to their scheduled cleanup time and were respectful, clean, and fun to talk to! They did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my baby’s room, bathroom, the hallway and the stairs. Both Patricia and the leader of the cleanup crew called me that night to ensure I was satisfied with their work. From start to finish, I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Hopefully I never need their services again, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to others! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

The team from Louisville did a great job cleaning up my mom's house. It was a large job and they did everything they said they would do. They were courteous and considerate.
