I can’t begin to tell you how empathetic, kind, patient and understanding Patricia and her team were. They helped a hurting family though a difficult time and were 1000% professional. They went way above and beyond expectations. They are saints. Would 1000% recommend!!!

So thankful for Patricia and her crew! This team is incredibly sensitive and caring on top of being professional and efficient. They were flexible with our schedule and actually made our unfortunate incident more bearable. I would recommend this company in an instant. Thank you so much!

Moved out of a townhome which had some cleanliness issues that an ordinary firm turned down. I was referred to Bio-One by them, and just saw the before/after pictures (I have OCD and could not do a live walk-through for my own mental health reasons). The place was left impeccably clean, and Bio-One exceeded what I thought was even -possible- to achieve. I was stunned at how great a job they did! Now I feel like I'm leaving the place in great shape, and don't have to worry about what the landlords will say. Patricia has been friendly, patient, understanding, communicative, and went out of her way to squeeze this into my required timeline. I have nothing but praise for her professionalism, and indeed the professionalism, experience, and results of everyone on the team which serviced my former residence. I'm very grateful to Bio-One, and for what they dealt with, and especially the results achieved, they were worth every reasonable cent. They did completely in half a day what would have taken me probably two weeks of time I don't have to get far lesser results than they did. Zero hesitation in rating them five stars!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Bio One!! I contacted them with help on a home that needed hoarder clean-up. The pricing was fair and straightforward. Patricia was responsive, quick, and her and the entire Bio One team went above and beyond. I was so stunned at what they were able to do at the property and how fast they turned it around. I can't recommend them enough!

Patricia was very professional, courteous, and practical with her approach to our clean out project. She tailored her quote to suit our needs while maintaining the professional standards necessary to safely clear out a three bay garage on our farm. Her crew was excellent, moving heavy items from the second level (which we could not personally handle) and sorting items which could be recycled from items which were tossed into two dumpsters. We were very pleased with their work.

Patricia and her team did a wonderful job on an old bedroom I wanted to clean out completely (furniture included). Communication was great and consistent. For the day of the actual job they all did an amazing job and they are all so nice and caring. Would definitely use them again if I had to and would recommend them to anyone looking for clean-up work.
