Patricia and her team are the top tier company in Kentucky for Biohazard Clean Up. Their ability to quickly get it done and their quality of work is amazing!

Bio-One is a must use company. They cleaned my mom’s house which had multiple dogs and a cat. The company was quick on responding and extremely professional. They were respectful of the house and did an amazing job! Highly recommend. They went above and beyond.

Patricia and her crew did a great job with my mother’s home. My mother is not the easiest person to deal with when you are trying to get rid of her things, but Patricia and crew made the process so much better. Patricia showed care and understanding toward my mother and her feelings about her stuff. She was very communicative with me and they were on time each day. The crew was friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again if needed.

You don't know you need this service until you do. Patricia was courteous, professional and sensitive to the situation. The team did a remarkable job with an undiscovered death. Also, her candor with me about a new to them/undiscovered circumstance, not only let me know what kind of business person she is but what kind of person she is. Again, you don't know you need this service until you do, and when you do I would highly recommend you call these folks.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Very professional, hard working employees who never stop moving and cleaning. They even did some extra little jobs that we didn’t ask for. Would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

I work for the company, and Patricia, the Owner/Supervisor is one of the best persons I've yet to work for, and treats her clients with care, and he exceeds people's expectations by going the extra mile, as she does this for her employees too! (If you're ever interested in part-time work, you can't work for anyone better in her line of business!)
