When tragedy, trauma, or an unexpected event turns your world upside down, cleanup is often the last thing on your mind. Yet someone has to handle it...
Moved out of a townhome which had some cleanliness issues that an ordinary firm turned down. I was referred to Bio-One by them, and just saw the before/after pictures (I have OCD and could not do a live walk-through for my own mental health reasons). The place was left impeccably clean, and Bio-One exceeded what I thought was even -possible- to achieve. I was stunned at how great a job they did! Now I feel like I'm leaving the place in great shape, and don't have to worry about what the landlords will say. Patricia has been friendly, patient, understanding, communicative, and went out of her way to squeeze this into my required timeline. I have nothing but praise for her professionalism, and indeed the professionalism, experience, and results of everyone on the team which serviced my former residence. I'm very grateful to Bio-One, and for what they dealt with, and especially the results achieved, they were worth every reasonable cent. They did completely in half a day what would have taken me probably two weeks of time I don't have to get far lesser results than they did. Zero hesitation in rating them five stars!

"I called bio one after offering to help a family member and realizing it was too big of a job for just myself. Patricia came and did the walk through the day after I called and was so incredibly understanding and patient. She spoke with my uncle about his hobbies and other things which seemed to help ease his mind about the whole process. She is truly in the right field because Patricia carries so much compassion for the people she's cleaning for. Her and her team got everything done and cleaned in more than a timely manor. I was surprised at how fast everything moved. I can not recommend Bio One enough. They whole team was amazing and have definitely changed my uncles life and given him a second chance. Thank you Patricia. "

So thankful for Patricia and her crew! This team is incredibly sensitive and caring on top of being professional and efficient. They were flexible with our schedule and actually made our unfortunate incident more bearable. I would recommend this company in an instant. Thank you so much!

We stumbled across Bio-One searching for help for a family member who, being bedridden, was further left with monumental tasks after her husband and caretaker met with enormous physical issues with cancer (and other extenuating circumstances). We can't say enough positive things about Bio-One services! They exceeded our expectations in every way - with efficiency, timeliness, kindness, and impeccable work at reasonable rates. In today's world, you would be hard pressed to find a business with standards such as they have. We could not be more pleased. If you are in need of these types of services, Bio-One is the answer. You absolutely will not be disappointed and will receive the blessing of a weight being lifted by caring individuals.

From start to finish, Patricia and her crew were AMAZING. They were quick, efficient, skilled, considerate, understanding, compassionate, kind, patient, friendly, fun, and the list could go on and on! They made an emotional event for me so much more bearable. Heck, they even treated me like I was apart of their team. Im so glad I found their company to come clear and clean out my mother’s hoarded home after she passed away. It looks completely different and they did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend Bio-one, Patricia, and her team!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Bio One!! I contacted them with help on a home that needed hoarder clean-up. The pricing was fair and straightforward. Patricia was responsive, quick, and her and the entire Bio One team went above and beyond. I was so stunned at what they were able to do at the property and how fast they turned it around. I can't recommend them enough!
