Patricia and Lacy were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. They cleaned up a sewage backup very thoroughly and timely. I can’t thank them enough for the work they did and how kind they were.

Moved out of a townhome which had some cleanliness issues that an ordinary firm turned down. I was referred to Bio-One by them, and just saw the before/after pictures (I have OCD and could not do a live walk-through for my own mental health reasons). The place was left impeccably clean, and Bio-One exceeded what I thought was even -possible- to achieve. I was stunned at how great a job they did! Now I feel like I'm leaving the place in great shape, and don't have to worry about what the landlords will say. Patricia has been friendly, patient, understanding, communicative, and went out of her way to squeeze this into my required timeline. I have nothing but praise for her professionalism, and indeed the professionalism, experience, and results of everyone on the team which serviced my former residence. I'm very grateful to Bio-One, and for what they dealt with, and especially the results achieved, they were worth every reasonable cent. They did completely in half a day what would have taken me probably two weeks of time I don't have to get far lesser results than they did. Zero hesitation in rating them five stars!

Patricia and her team cleaned out 15 years of junk from my home. They were professional and committed to getting a quality job done. They treated me, my home and my belongings with respect and care in a very anxious time for me.

Patricia and her team are the best and kindest people someone can ask for. Compassionate, efficient, and incredibly skilled, they were in and out quickly, and competitively priced. Gregg, Deborah, Crystal, Chris, Tim, and Dave were amazing. No matter the circumstance, Bio-One is the best company you can choose!

Patricia and her crew were SO helpful, kind, virtuous and compassionate and caring. They held my hand through every step of the process and their service is not bad either! They are truly wonderful people and I would NOT want to go through that with ANYONE ELSE but then!

So thankful for Patricia and her crew! This team is incredibly sensitive and caring on top of being professional and efficient. They were flexible with our schedule and actually made our unfortunate incident more bearable. I would recommend this company in an instant. Thank you so much!
